The Facilitation Model

Kings Global Funding acts as a marketplace facilitator, NOT a bank or direct lender.
Primary Role: Connecting global fund seekers with independent, verified funders.
All funding agreements are bilateral contracts between the seeker and the funder.

Commission & Fee Structure

Platform Fee: 2.5% of the successfully funded amount (paid by the seeker).
Funder Commission: 1.5% facilitation fee on all successfully funded deals.
Zero Upfront Fees: Fees are only charged upon successful funding completion.
Transparency: All costs are disclosed prior to transaction finalization.

Funder & Seeker Obligations

Funders: Must complete KYC/AML compliance and provide legal, transparent terms.
Seekers: Must provide truthful data and use funds strictly for stated purposes.
Due Diligence: Funders are solely responsible for risk assessment and decisions.

Risk & Liability Disclosure

Risk: All investments carry potential loss; past performance does not guarantee future results.
Direct Resolution: Disputes between users must be resolved directly through legal channels.
Limitation: Liability is limited to platform fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
